In order to ensure Style Masters Charter, LLC. maintains the highest levels of professional services and safety, our general guidelines/rules must be adhered to.
1. It is understood and agreed that the performance of the service detailed in this order is subject to tariff regulations and is contingent upon carrier’s ability to furnish the equipment and perform the service.
2. Baggage and all other property will be handled only at the passenger’s risk and only in an amount that can conveniently be carried in a chartered bus.
3. A non-refundable $400 deposit is due to secure date. The remaining balance due 15 days prior to departure.
4. Under age alcohol consumption, illegal drugs, any and all criminal activity, pornographic material or acts, and disrespectful or discourteous behavior are expressly prohibited. Style Masters Charter puts your safety first.
5. All vehicles owned and/or operated by Style Masters Charter are designated as non-smoking.
6. All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and checked for damage prior to each engagement. The client shall be responsible for any cleaning or repairs which may be required due to any act of negligence or disregard by the client or by the client’s guests.
7. There will be a charge of $150.00 per bus if the group brings food or drinks on the bus.
8. Any time past the arranged drop-off time will be an additional charge in 30-minute increments.
9. Client agrees that Style Masters Charter shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical or electrical difficulties, delays due to any type of traffic conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the charter bus and motor coach service during normal driving conditions In the event of cancellation initiated by the customer due to inclement weather, although Style Masters Charter is not liable, the customer will be provided an opportunity to reschedule their travel on a date feasible to company’s calendar or have 50% of their payment refunded.
10. Style Masters Charter reserves the right to immediately terminate the job, for all any guest in attendance. parties in attendance for the use of illegal substances and /or any illegal activity by any guest in attendance.
11. There will be no refund of any monies to the client, due to the negligent behavior of the passengers.
12. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be requested 48 hours before departure. To cancel your charter due to any unforeseen circumstances, the client must call Style Masters Charter 48 hours before departure at 252-234-5198. Only then will a refund be issued, less the nonrefundable $350 deposit.
13. NO ONE UNDER 21 IS ALLOWED IN OUR VEHICLES WITH ALCOHOL EVEN IF ACCOMPANIED BE ANYONE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
14. Client understands that the Style Masters Charter shall not be responsible for any items left in the vehicle or the safe keeping of any item(s).
15. UNUSUAL CLEANING: If, during or after the transportation service the service provider is required to expend a greater than normal amount of time and materials cleaning the equipment properly due to acts of the passengers, the company, at its option, may require additional cost to cover each additional time and material.
16. ARRIVAL TIME: The time of arrival at starting point, stop-over point, destination or return to point of origin cannot be guaranteed. Travel routes will be established by the service provider and requests for specific routes by the chartering party will be at the service provider’s discretion. Travel speed at all times will be at speeds compatible with safe operation.
17. Client agrees that Style Masters Charter shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical or electrical difficulties, delays due to any type of traffic conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the charter bus and motor coach service during normal driving conditions
18. Client will be responsible for the driver’s hotel accommodations.
19. Gratuities accepted: Drivers graciously accept monetary gifts of appreciation for services rendered.
20. Wi-Fi is available for $100 per day.
21. Charter service will be rendered according to the approved agreement signed by client and Style Masters Charter. Any deviation from it will require managerial approval. If client requests an additional destination not agreed upon on the initial contract, he/she must call the office of Style Masters Charter for approval.
22. Group is responsible for all parking fees.
